Returns Policy

We understand that many of our customers - Service men and women and Law Enforcement professionals are busy and often away from home.
Therefore, our Returns Policy is that you have up to 365 days - a full Year - to return items for refund or exchange.  The items must be returned in a new, unused, and unlaundered condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts.
Please contact us via phone - 1-800-805-5294 - or email at - or via our Online Chat to obtain an RMA to ship your product back to us for exchange or return.

Embroidered and/or Sewn items CANNOT be returned - these items are custom made to order.
Please send Returns back to our location in the Original Packaging or Packaging of your choice. 
Please DO NOT tape around boot boxes to return back to us - you can imagine that you would not want a pair of boots you bought to arrive with tape all over the box regardless of the condition of the boots
We have difficulty reselling  items with damaged packaging so a restocking fee of 15% to 30% will apply depending on Item and Packaging condition.

The Right way to ship back items

Ensure that Clothing is tried on but not worn or washed.  Boots will be evaluated for wear beyond trying on.  If Uniforms or Boots show visible signs of wear, washing, dry cleaning, stains, or polish, we regret that we CANNOT accept the return. 
We will return the item to you at our cost - we reserve the right to choose the shipping method.

If we "screwed the pooch" and sent out an incorrect item or size, we will replace the item at no cost to you - shipping included. 
If you ordered the incorrect item or size a restocking fee may apply.  You pay for shipping back to us and we will pay for the shipping to get the proper size to you.
We will process the first Exchange shipping from us to you, with no charge for shipping.  Any subsequent Exchange shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.
Please be aware any faulty or defective items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt.  We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with this criteria.
If you REFUSE an item when delivered by our carriers, US Patriot and it's affiliates reserves the right to charge a $15 fee.  This is due to charges that the carrier imposes upon us.  We do not charge above and beyond what they charge us.

Defective Items 

  • While all of our manufacturers make quality products, sometimes they do make mistakes.  If you believe your item is defective, please contact us immediately at (800) 805-5294 between the hours of 8am and 5pm EST or email
  • Please do not send the item directly to the manufacturer as they will refuse shipment and the item will be returned to you.
  • If we or the manufacturer determine that the item is defective, we will replace the item with the Exact same Model and Size.
